Dr. Victoria M. Foley is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with more than 33 years of experience providing comprehensive foot and ankle care. Her areas of expertise include podiatric surgery, custom orthotics, diabetic foot care, pediatric foot conditions, sports-related injuries, and the treatment of heel pain.
A Southern California native, Dr. Foley attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Kinesiology. A former collegiate soccer player at UCLA, she brings a unique athletic perspective to understanding foot and ankle injuries, biomechanics, and treatment options. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University in Iowa in 1990.
Dr. Foley is board certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a Diplomate of the Board of Podiatric Surgery. She is affiliated with Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and UCI Health Los Alamitos, where she also serves as a Clinical Instructor for the Podiatric Surgery Residency Program.
Her professional memberships include the American Podiatric Medical Association, California Podiatric Medical Association, Orange County Podiatry Association, American Medical Women's Association, and American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.
Dr. Foley believes in combining extensive clinical experience with an individualized approach to patient care. She is committed to helping patients stay active, improve mobility, and maintain healthy feet through thoughtful evaluation and personalized treatment.
Outside the office, Dr. Foley enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling. She also loves spending time with her husband, Tom and dog, Ace.
